首先，我定的是有早餐的房間，我入住時並沒有跟我講早餐在哪裡領，是自己領還是送到房間
其次，我住的房間是一個拐角房，衞生極差，水池裡麪，浴室裏麪都臟的很，水漬到處都是
再次，為什麼鏡子要對着床，我住的這個房間裏，鏡子對着床，如果是一個女生獨自住的話肯定會害怕
最後，酒店宣傳的圖片與實際並不符合

一般很少寫差評，但是這次有點沒忍住，吐槽一下：
1.入住三天兩晚，從入住至離店，淋浴室的沐浴露就一直是空的，第一天我沒在意，想着第二天收拾房間的時候應該會補，但是第二天晚上洗澡的時候，沐浴露還是空的。
2.洗手液也是一樣空的，沒有補。
3.淋浴房的門是關不上的。
4.淋浴房頂上的應該是排風口，已經快掉下來了，真怕運氣不好砸頭上。
5.淋浴房的天花板已經脱落挺大一片了，有持續掉落的風險。
6.房間安裝的是投影，但是投影是歪的，前台説一直未維修。
我是好多年前第一次住南京美豪酒店的時候就成為美豪會員了，之後幾年出差，如果當地有美豪酒店，我會優先選擇，但是這次淮北美豪的確讓我挺失望的，希望酒店能及時維修損壞的設施，也能在做客房服務的時候更細緻一些。

參加考試住宿的。因為考試中午休息，所以選擇延時退房，前台小姐姐主動提供評價延時服務很好的！好評！
衹説優點:
1.前台提供評價延時服務，好評！
2.房內有自動窗簾，去大城市這種房價格至少300+。
中肯評價的話:屋內沒找到吹風機（男士洗頭，我就沒要）、房屋隔音效果和浴室花灑噴水效果待改善。

大年初一遇到的最差早餐。一般來説，酒店會在節日尤其是新年第一天準備的更豐富一些，這個酒店經歷了燃氣停氣，廚師放假。客人來吃飯沒有任何解釋或補救措施，衹説沒燃氣。僅有的雞蛋蒸胡蘿蔔玉米涼的像剩的。
房間沒椅子説不提供，給個桌子幹什麼，還好最後幫找了個小椅子。電視機不能看，告訴是供應商的問題，要客人自己打電話聯絡解決，在強硬的要求下，下午來了一個服務員換了個電池解決了問題。總體來説服務意識太差。
